The Integrated Grain Processors Co-Operative ("IGPC") currently has over 650 shareholders from all over Southern Ontario.

Shareholder Information
As you know, we have been working with Caldwell Securities Ltd., our share transfer agent, consolidating all IGPC shares for the last few months. We are nearing the end of this process and encourage those shareholders who have not already done so to complete this step with their Caldwell representative as soon as possible.
